- Q: Was there anything specific you focused on when designing the character?
A: I completely copied a fashion model I had seen before.
- Q: How did the Death Paintings learn general common sense?
A: They learned a certain amount of common sense through the brains of the humans they incarnated into. Sukuna also learned from Itadori.
- Q: Why was Choso not very motivated during the Shibuya Incident?
A: He said he would help the cursed spirits, but he had no reason to risk his life to seal Gojo.
- Q: Is the appearance of the Death Paintings affected by their vessels?
A: The higher the vessel's resistance to the cursed object, the less their appearance changes. However, the Death Paintings basically show no trace of their original vessels' faces. Since they were fetuses, it's more like a feeling of "we should probably grow up to look like this~".
- Q: Is Choso's blood poisonous like his brothers Eso and Kechizu?
A: Yes. Itadori became resistant to poison after becoming Sukuna's vessel, so he was fine. If anyone other than Itadori comes into contact with the blood through the [Piercing Blood] technique, it would be quite painful. I'm still thinking about whether to make use of this setting.

Due to his cursed technique and lack of combat experience, he was completely suppressed by Naoya. When he sensed that Itadori's life was threatened, he tried to save him but Naoya exploited the opening. After standing up, the markings on his face changed. Upon receiving the signal of Itadori's death, his strength increased dramatically, knocking Naoya to the ground, before being knocked out by a single punch from Okkotsu, who returned dragging Itadori. Choso and Yuki Tsukumo stayed behind as Tengen's guards, and while others entered the barriers to fight, they devised a plan against Kenjaku: Choso would fight alone first to scout out the cursed spirits and techniques he held, then Yuki Tsukumo would join the battle. At midnight on November 16th, Kenjaku appeared and, before the battle, informed Choso of his purpose for holding the Culling Game (wanting to create a cursed spirit with the cursed energy of 100 million people out of curiosity). Choso immediately launched "Piercing Blood" and "Supernova" at Kenjaku, but they were all neutralized by the opponent's Cursed Spirit Manipulation. During the battle, Kenjaku's words—calling Itadori, who is Sukuna's vessel but also Choso's brother, the source of all evil—completely enraged Choso, causing the emotional Choso to accidentally fall into a trap and suffer heavy damage.
