Introduction
Gilberta comes from Rhodes Island Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., providing services to Endfield Industries as a messenger within the framework agreement between the two companies.
Gilberta possesses an outstanding talent for Originium Arts and has mastered a fairly rare type of Originium Art. She herself once boldly conjectured that her Originium Art could influence gravity to a certain extent; Warfarin did not comment on this.
In Endfield, Gilberta is responsible for mail delivery and intelligence escort work between multiple bases and strongholds, often traveling along the border between the Civilized Belt and the Reclamation Area. She seems to enjoy this work very much. Recently, she has begun expressing her intention to seek challenges and hone her skills, requesting to take on more missions in high-risk areas.
Jelpetta's cheerful and optimistic appearance, along with that hint of trepidation and longing for the future. According to Warfarin, it once made her feel both surprised and a bit nostalgic.

Character History
Jelpetta Narrative Mission: "The Messenger's Letter"
Jelpetta arrives at Valley 4 to help with reconstruction, asking outEndministratorComing to the Hub Area base to help, she drags the Endministrator along to deliver packages. After delivering medicine ordered by the infirmary, Jelpetta learns that a child named Kali refuses to get an injection. She plays with Kali for a while, asks the Endministrator to take a photo of her and Kali, and manages to coax Kali. After comforting Kali, Jelpetta gazes at a blank piece of letter paper, sighing that while she encouraged Kali to photograph things she likes, she herself doesn't know what to write on the paper and lacks the courage to start. When the Endministrator notices, Jelpetta quickly puts the paper away.
Just then, Andre calls, informing them that the Union's water purification project needs a filtration device registered near the Overfield Test Site, and asks the Endministrator to inquire with the registrant, Rope, at the Workers' Home. However, when the Endministrator and Jelpetta find Rope, they discover he is in a coma. Jelpetta blames herself for not being truly helpful and walks out of the infirmary in disappointment, deciding to look for the filtration device herself. With the Endministrator's guarantee, Jelpetta and the Endministrator head deep into the Energy Highland. After some scanning and digging, they find three fragments of a diary. Jelpetta uses her gravity-manipulating Originium Arts to fly the Endministrator onto ground floating in the sky due to the Overfield Rift, finding the safe they were looking for. Jelpetta laments the emotional damage caused by disasters and takes out the blank letter paper again. But just as Jelpetta looks at the Endministrator, wanting to say something, the ground suddenly tremors, and they can only return to the surface with the safe.
To open the safe, the Endministrator and Jelpetta return to the Workers' Home infirmary to try to get the password from Rope, but the still-unconscious Rope only murmurs the name "Xiaomei." The Endministrator and Jelpetta find documents recording the relationship between Rope and "Xiaomei" from several Union members and use their names to open the safe, at which point Rope wakes up. Jelpetta and the Endministrator go to the infirmary and learn the truth about "Xiaomei" from Rope: "Xiaomei" was the name given to the filtration device by a woman who researched it with him, but that woman suddenly disappeared at some point. Rope guesses that the woman has already received the letter he wrote to her, and Jelpetta, combining this with the diary found earlier, also forms her own speculation and decides to leave temporarily to verify it.
While the Endministrator celebrates the successful operation of the water purification device with Andre and the Union members, Jelpetta informs the Endministrator that she found something at the Energy Highland. The Endministrator goes to Jelpetta's side. Jelpetta hands the last diary entry she found to the Endministrator and tells the truth: the female researcher studying the filtration device had her memory and mind affected by corrosive substances leaking from a flaw in the device. To prevent the corrosive substances from affecting Rope, the researcher chose to leave, using diary entries to remind herself as she tried to overcome the final flaw: she ultimately chose to leave rather than reclaim her past. Jelpetta tells the Endministrator about her fear of memories that seem like hers but aren't, and her fear of losing memories, asking the Endministrator what amnesia feels like. With the Endministrator's consolation, Jelpetta realizes that the memories she holds are precious:

Jelpetta takes out the blank letter paper and tells the Endministrator she has decided who to send the letter to. But at that moment, the ground suddenly begins to shake, Jelpetta loses her balance, and the letter paper in her hand flies into the sky. The Endministrator jumps off the cliff and catches the papers. As the Endministrator's body falls, Jelpetta grabs the Endministrator's hands, and the two slowly land in a sea of flowers amidst the setting sun and fluttering petals. Jelpetta thanks the Endministrator for chatting with her and resolving her worries, stating that the blank letter paper already belongs to the Endministrator, and tells the story of the origin of the paper that accompanied her to Talos-II.

However, due to some controversies regarding her setting, her name was changed to the current one in subsequent tests after seeking player feedback through surveys, and the "Re-traveler" setting was introduced in later updates.
