BandHello, Happy World!The vocalist, and also one of the HHW Three Idiots, she is the only daughter of a very wealthy family and will do whatever it takes to realize any "I want to do it" idea that comes to mind. Her athletic nerves are top-notch. She can do backflips on stage at will, and sometimes even enters from the audience seats at the start, then "swims" to the stage via the crowd surf.[3]She raced against Kaoru and Hagumi and won first place(it seems Kokoro had a false start). Misaki once chased Kokoro for a whole day without catching up. Jumping directly from a third-floor classroom window is a piece of cake for her. She's also good at beach volleyball, forming a team with Hagumi that defeated Eve and Tae's team[4](you two basically stomped them)。
Although she, Hagumi Kitazawa, and Kaoru Seta are called the "Three Idiots" by fellow band member Misaki Okusawa, she actually learns everything very quickly. In a mini-map conversation, she picked up Kanon's drumsticks and played the drums skillfully; while learning Wadaiko with Kasumi and Misaki from Tomoe, she figured out the most correct drumming posture on her own and performed high-difficulty moves that even advanced Wadaiko players find challenging[5]; in a loading screen comic, she learned horse riding without needing Kaoru's instruction; she performed well on her first attempt at juggling; she has very unique insights into the band members and has seen through to the inner side of each member.[6](Misaki commented on her as "Surprisingly quick at learning everything, a genius, but it's a pity her talent is wasted.")
She has bright long straight blonde hair that is very conspicuous in a crowd. The shape of her hair strands looks a bit like french fries.Hikawa sisters magnet (just kidding)
In the game, when Kokoro has unusual ideas or becomes interested in something, her eyes shine brighter than usual. Kokoro's usual strange behavior makes others reluctant to approach her; she is known as "Hanasakigawa's Alternate Dimension" at school. Before HHW was formed, she didn't have many friends, and her Astronomy Club, like Haneoka's, only had one member.But in reality, Hanasakigawa doesn't have an Astronomy Club. When Kokoro was caught stargazing on the school rooftop at night by a patrolling teacher, the teacher, fearing the Tsurumaki family's financial power, could only rationalize Kokoro's actions by "establishing an Astronomy Club." This is completely different from the one who joined the Astronomy Club but ended up as the only member because no one could understand her,Hinawhich is completely different.[8]Even so, she has a very happy life at school.
The reason she seems to never have any worries is that Kokoro can see through everything. Because of this, she cannot understand what the feeling of worrying is, which in turn causes her to worry. (Kokoro: Is this tight feeling in my chest what "worrying" is?)[9]
In the early stories of the mobile game, when Kokoro is troubled, she tries her best to think of happy things and forget the person who caused her worry. So far, the only person who can make Kokoro feel troubled and stop running away from that feeling isthis one person。

Kokoro andMisaki
Kokoro views Michelle and Misaki as separate people, and often forgets Misaki in the band's main story. Some players speculate that Kokoro frequently and intentionally makes Misaki become Michelle in order to "bring a smile" to Misaki, who is often gloomy and complains about everything, because Kokoro knows that she will at least smile when she is Michelle.
The reason for intentionally forgetting Misaki is mentioned in her initial 3-star card, but after Misaki expressed how much she values HHW, the gag of forgetting Misaki was never used again[18], and she even says "No matter where I go, I'm happy as long as I'm with Misaki!" in the Hanasakigawa Girls' Academy area on the map.

Kokoro mentioned that she can have happy dreams when surrounded by her favorite things while sleeping (currently confirmed "favorite things" include a pair of Wadaiko drumsticks, a Michelle support fan, 3 large Michelle body pillows, and a jack-o'-lantern; the rest are unknown)[19], almost all of which are items related to Misaki.
During Halloween, Kokoro stated when Michelle appeared, "While I'm happy Michelle is here, I really wanted to wear witch outfits with Misaki."[20]Thus, in the new dialogue added to the map for Halloween 2018, Misaki wore a Halloween costume in her normal state. Just how much do you spoil Kokoro?
