Emu is the daughter of the Otori Group, which operates Phoenix Wonderland. Both Phoenix Wonderland and the Wonder Stage were created by Emu's grandfather, and the Wonder Stage, filled with laughter, brought Emu many wonderful memories. However, following the death of Emu's grandfather, her father decided to demolish and rebuild the aging Wonder Stage. Emu persuaded her father to temporarily halt the demolition on the condition that the Wonder Stage could successfully attract visitors before the consecutive holidays, and she began performing there to protect the stage filled with memories of her grandfather. During an audition for actors, Tenma Tsukasa's behavior made the interviewers uneasy, but it caught Emu's attention. Emu believed Tsukasa was the key person to help her achieve her dream, so she applied to specially keep Tsukasa, who hadn't passed the interview, and brought him to the Wonder Stage. Tsukasa, knowing the truth, wanted to refuse but was pestered by Emu. As the two were entangled, Hatsune Miku suddenly appeared again and pulled them into the "Wonderland SEKAI." In the "SEKAI," they met Hatsune Miku and KAITO. After escaping back to the real world, Tsukasa was mistaken by a mascot-suit-wearing butler for having kidnapped Emu. Under the butler's threat, Tsukasa finally agreed to help Emu perform at the Wonder Stage. Later, Tsukasa successfully recruited Kamishiro Rui and Kusanagi Nene, who operates the robot "Nene-Robo." At Emu's suggestion, the four officially formed the troupe "Wonderlands×Showtime" and began preparing for their first performance. The subsequent preparation process went smoothly. After the final rehearsal, Emu expressed her gratitude to Tsukasa, telling him that it was her dream to see the audience at this stage full of smiles again. However, during the crucial official performance, the Nene-Robo ran out of power because of Nene's excessive practice the night before, and the performance was declared a failure halfway through. In a fit of rage, Tsukasa blamed the failure of the stage on Nene, whom he was meeting in person for the first time, causing a guilt-ridden Nene to flee the stage. Rui, deeply disappointed in Tsukasa, also stated that he would not return to this stage again and coldly declared that Tsukasa's stage performances were merely a means of self-satisfaction and that Tsukasa would never become the star of his dreams. In a fit of anger, Tsukasa also left the stage, and the newly formed troupe fell apart in an instant, leaving only a bewildered Emu behind. Later, Tsukasa, who had rediscovered his original intention in the "SEKAI," returned to the Wonder Stage, determined to win back his partners. In front of the amusement park's Ferris wheel, Tsukasa first found Emu. Before Tsukasa could apologize, Emu invited him to ride the Ferris wheel with her. In the Ferris wheel cabin, Emu told Tsukasa her story and the truth behind recruiting everyone to perform at the Wonder Stage. However, Emu told Tsukasa she had decided to stop performing because she blamed herself for forcing others and causing the troupe to fall apart. Tsukasa scolded Emu for her negative thoughts, apologized for his actions, and made a vow to once again fill the Wonder Stage with laughter and cheers. Afterward, the two discovered Nene, who had snuck into the Wonder Stage because she couldn't bear to leave it. Nene, discovered by Tsukasa, fled in panic on Nene-Robo. Under Tsukasa's plan, Emu eventually jumped down from the gate and caught Nene. After Tsukasa solemnly reflected and encouraged Nene, she also returned to the team. Later, the three met Rui on the street. Tsukasa apologized to Rui and tried to invite him back to the Wonder Stage, but Rui refused again. Finally, the three forced Rui into the "Wonderland SEKAI" and performed a stage play forThe World Hasn't Even Begun Yet》。 Back on the stage, Emu informed everyone of the fact that the Wonder Stage might be demolished.
